OUR STORY

A family legacy that evolves

“La Niña Adela” has a history as rich as its cuisine. Originally a traditional tapas bar, the business was founded in 1985 and has passed to the second generation of the family. The name has a heartwarming origin: Adela was the twin sister of Antonia, Alonso's grandmother, the current manager. Since Adela was unable to have children, Antonia decided to entrust her with the upbringing of two of her daughters: Alonso's mother and his aunt. These girls were known in the village of Los Corrales, Seville, as “the girls of Adela,” even though they were actually Antonia's daughters. This name has endured over the years and brings life to this cozy culinary corner in Ronda.

During the economic crisis of 2010-2012, the bar was on the verge of closing, but instead of giving up, the team decided to reinvent itself, focusing on a new approach centered around the quality of ingredients. Today, “La Niña Adela” is a culinary space for enjoyment, where tradition and modernity merge.

A gastronomic experience with Andalusian soul

At “La Niña Adela,” we invite you to enjoy a selection of dishes that blend the best of traditional Andalusian cuisine with a modern twist. From classics like Russian salad and homemade croquettes to unique specialties such as grilled octopus or creamy risotto with foie mousse, white truffle, and boletus mushrooms. Each dish is crafted with top-quality ingredients, designed to provide you with an unforgettable culinary experience.

Our Classics

  • Flamenquin carbonara
  • Slow-cooked scrambled eggs with foie mousse, truffle and dehydrated ham
  • Prawns in pil-pil sauce with lime aioli on a bed of baked potatoes
  • Broken eggs with sautéed baby eels, mushrooms and prawns with mayonnaise
  • Pepe Carrasco's whitebait (With egg, roasted peppers and sweet mayonnaise)
  • Creamy Risotto (Foie mousse, truffles, boletus and parmesan flakes)
  • Iberian cheek meatballs with poached potatoes, vegetable sauce and parmesan flakes
  • Chinese noodles with Iberian pork (or prawns), vegetables with teriyaki and parmesan cheese
  • Duck confit with mayomiel and poor man's potatoes
  • Oxtail Brownie (Stewed and completely boneless oxtail)

  • Inesita (Inés Rosales olive oil cake, grilled sirloin, payoyo cheese cream and fig jam)

  • Red shrimp croquettes with mayo-kimchi and pill-pill shrimp
  • Foie mousse with cream cheese, Pedro Ximenez reduction with raisins and pine nuts
  • French toast with foie and raspberry jam
  • Grilled Iberian pork with honey mayonnaise and baked potatoes

Hands-On Bread

  • Sirloin toast with truffle mayo, foie and volcanic salt flakes
  • Boneless Iberian rib taco with pico de gallo and avocado cream
  • Cheek sandwich (With melted cheddar and amontillado mayonnaise)
  • Brioche burger (200g of Rentita beef with melted cheddar, sautéed onion and mayonnaise)
  • Goat-Burger (200g of Retinta beef, bacon, fried goat cheese, tomato jam and mayo-honey)
  • Serranito-burger (200g of Retinta beef, Iberian acorn-fed ham, grilled tomato, fried pepper and special mayo)

Salads

  • Mesclun lettuce salad with fried cheese, nuts and honey vinaigrette
  • Mediterranean salad (lettuce, tomato, tuna, onion and egg)

Desserts

  • Chocolate coulant with ice cream
  • White chocolate cake with biscuit and custard
  • Creamy Manchego cheese cake
  • Creamy Manchego cheese cake with cream and Lotus biscuit
  • Chocolate brownie with walnuts and vanilla praline ice cream

Before reserving your table, we invite you to consider some important recommendations:

  • Advance Reservation: To ensure your experience, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance.
  • Please note that we will not be able to take reservations by phone during service; all reservations are managed through our web page, our Google My Business profile (La Niña Adela Ronda) and on our profile of Instagram.
  • If you need phone assistance, we are available during our opening hours.
  • The Punctuality is key for us. We offer you a margin of 10 minuts to hold your table; if you do not arrive on time, unfortunately, you will lose your reservation.
  • If the number of people changes, especially if it increases, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance so we can accommodate your group.
  • If you need any special assistance, such as in the case of wheelchairs, please indicate it in your reservation, and we will take it into account.
  • The location of your reservation may be changed if the restaurant deems it appropriate.
  • The restaurant is located in an area with easy parking, allowing you to park your vehicle on nearby streets.
  • We do not address any inquiries or reservations via email or WhatsApp.
